Community

At Arlington Realty we strive to give back to the local community. As part of our commitment to making a difference, we pledge to contribute a portion of our time and resources back to the community and to organizations with a worthy cause.

Partnerships

From time to time, Next Generation provides assistance to organizations with its existing investment base. For several years, Next Generation has provided low rent accommodations at a residential apartment complex to Boys and Girls Club Calgary. We’ve also donated to not-for-profit organizations such as Women in Need Society and Foothills Advocacy in Motion for such organizations to utilize commercial space at a discounted rate.

Community Involvement

Arlington Realty is actively involved in the community with a view of embodying a positive spirit. From hosting stampede breakfast at one of the malls to volunteering in relief in the 2013 Calgary floods, the hope is to provide supporting efforts to improve the quality of life within our community. The ownership group has also committed charitable donations to several organizations including:
